Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

Brand-new and a nice size room with queen size bed, the staff was extremely helpful! The location was quiet and comfortable and the room was fairly clean.

Really comfortable stay, as always. Clean, brand-new hotel with easy location near to Charlotte uptown. Location very close to shopping with lots of restaurants in the area, Alley, and all major highways.

Despite the decent breakfast, the room had some major issues that stood out, moldy shower caulking, a slow draining sink, and cracked walls that hinted at a lack of upkeep. The hotel seems to carry an old and somewhat dilapidated feel. It could certainly use some upgrades around the hotel. The check-in process dragged on, causing frustration due to reservation issues-definitely not a speedway-like experience I'd expect in a place like this.

Room was pretty comfortable and well-kept. The noise insulation was excellent. Despite being near a highway, I barely heard anything. Plus, it was nice and spacious, great for a family trip. The bed felt cozy, and everything was cleaned up nicely by the staff. The bathroom was a little small, but the shower pressure was solid.

Staying here during our trip to Carowinds was fantastic! The room was clean and provided everything we needed for our large family. Plus, the breakfast was just right for fueling our daily adventures. The staff was helpful.

My kids wished the pool had been open for us to enjoy after long days at the theme park.

We hit up Carowinds and the nearby park, both super fun. The staff was awesome, especially the front desk. They gave us great food recommendations. The breakfast spread was solid, too. Clean rooms and easy access to I-77 made it a great choice.

Only issue was the bathroom door design. It opens towards the tub, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're showering with it open.
